Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal request.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us about your withdrawal.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the goods are defective, damaged, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
